Our machine is based on that the machine is adapting to the fish size and threw this achieving maximum yield in the head cutting.

The Increased yield in packs is 2-3 % more then other head cutters and then this machine also processes the fish head in to 2 or 3 pieces.

• Faces (Cheese and tongue)
• Upper part of the head and the gills
• Head cutting with or without collar bone

Our head-cutter has a capacity of 30 – 35 fish per minute.
